Cannot Open VSQx in Vocaloid 3?

Hi, I downloaded the V3 lily trial, and it will not let me import a VSQx in the vocaloid editor. When I try importing it, it gives me a popup message that says "Cannot open the specified file. Error at file, , line 4 character 83: no declaration found for element 'vsq4'.
But there are other people out there who made covers of this song with Vocaloid and they are fine. I've redownladed the VSQx many times. The VSQx still won't import. I don't know the difference between VSQx and VSQ so i thought maybe VSQx was only for vocaloid 4 editor but the person who made the original song and the vsqx used v3...
What could be the problem? Can i fix this?

Vocaloid 4 vsqx's are different from Vocaloid 3 vsqx's because of the difference in the software. Which means V3 won't accept them.
I converted the vsqx for you. It should work in V3 now.

EDIT: just imported it into Vocaloid 3 however theres only a small section of notes and the rest is blank?? also no cho ?? ooo boi

It seems like you are using the version of the editor that came with Lily's trial. That version is called Tiny Vocaloid Editor. Yamaha limited the editor's functions and only allows one track with only a short section for notes. Essentially requiring people to buy the full editor.

There is a trial of the V4 editor available from the Vocaloid Store. You have to create a Vocaloid Store account to download it and it has a 14 day time limit.(Same as any other Vocaloid trial)
