arpasing assitant just not converting?

i havent used arpasing in a while but for some reason the arpasing assistant just isnt working. its in my plugins folder, shows up in UTAU, but when i select notes and click it, nothing happens :/ im not really sure whats wrong or how to fix it.

The lyrics need to be entire english words, which can't be broken up into syllables.
If you want the result to be evenly divided notes, you can add "/u" to the end of the word.
Make sure that there are notes (whether they have lyrics or rests) before and after your selection.
Most importantly, you must be using an arpasing voicebank. The assistant works by reading the top level oto.ini file of the currently selected voicebank. If you're not using an arpasing voicebank, or if the voicebank has any non-standard extra samples in the main oto.ini file, the assistant will not work.

Not particularly helpful, but I was having the same issue yesterday and having arpasing assistant always run as admin got it to actually run... but it threw an error for me. So I'm not sure if it'll resolve the issue.

as far as i can see, im doing all the things listed-- the voicebank i am trying to use is my own and in the past it worked just fine! i downloaded some other banks as well but im still not having any luck :/

whene i first made my post i reinstalled/redownloaded it many times, just did so today as well and its still not working :/
