on July 18, 2018 a user of DeviantArt came to me to do the configuration of these 3 voicebanks, and on July 29 another user alerted me to be careful with the first user, could someone confirm me if these banks are not stolen or do not belong to this user?

Here is a sample of them:

Here the journal in deviantart: https://www.deviantart.com/yedev/journal/PayPal-and-ART-Trade-YeDev-OTO-Commissions-749316556

Tbh, they all sound like they came from different Voicers/Vp's. Either 1, they paid a VP/Voicer or had a trade to voice it or 2, because these voices differ from voice to voice they are stolen. Also, I've noticed they state they're 17 on their deviant, but grammatically speaking they sound rather peculiar with their sense of 'written English'. Although the channel is take down, many evidence videos still float around such as this: (By A Table), and if you read the comments, and texts from the YT page, it oddly has the same flow and grammar. 'i just information, how many drawn for 3 voicebank like this ?' Some of his/her deviations have better grammar but this is odd. I'd recommend being cautious and not hand the bank oto's over so easily.

I do not accept paypal payment unless the person is trustworthy and I also had problems with his payment but I'm suspicious of this user because he stole Art's from other people, from what I could see in the download that I provided him is from French Guiana or France this may be the cause of the strange grammar.

If this user/voice banks seems sketchy or if you are uncomfortable doing the commission, I would say you’re not obligated to and should refund them.

the problem that I already did the service requested and I already delivered and I already received payment by the method chosen by the user, but the second user warned me to be careful with him and how he sent me 3 voicebanks where the voices were very different one of the other I decided to ask if these voice banks were not stolen, because apparently he has already stolen the art of some users and nothing prevents him from stealing these voices.

Note: I do not accept any payment until I finish the service that was requested to me, and all payments will be returned immediately including gifts in steam (they are refused as soon as I confirm or even see the notification of the steam itself), items in the steam or some game and points DA, already for art I have no control.

Ah, I see... I think if there is no prior mention to whether the voicebanks were provided by friends or traded especially when you stated in your rules that you were wary of that, it could be that they were stolen, especially when the user has a history of stealing
[doublepost=1534204205][/doublepost]Also the voice sample is not working for me, but when people ask others to voice provide, they usually have a certain standard (ex. They must be able to record vcv, have a decent mic, etc.) if the voices are different recording styles and quality they might be stolen. Also if you don’t see any evidence of the user being active in the community (if they don’t really seem to have friends or really talk in the community to be looking for a voice provider) then it is more likely that they may be stolen

utaforum does not like my soundcloud links for some strange reason, the voice banks had the same Reclist but the quality of them was not very close, he also wanted to send me a VCV voice bank as soon as I finished the 3 CVs he had requested (alas I had already found it strange) luckily I had already received a commission that made me pause the waiting list and it was there that I alerted this user, it shows itself very active in deviantart and in soundcloud, already in utaforum or other community turned to UTAU I did not see it, but anyway I will not accept any more requests from this user for the history of stealing

It's odd that they're asking for 3 banks, with undisclosed voicers because all voicebanks have a lot of differing qualities and tones, the third one to me sounds oddly familiar? It doesn't sound like a mature girl rather adolescent, I can't put my finger on it but the last bank would be most-likely stolen
[doublepost=1534210987][/doublepost]Also, for a VCV right after a well is suspicious.

the folders with the samples he sent me had these names: Little Girl, Boy and Mature Girl

he still considered an English bank, that is 3 CV, 1 VCV and 1 in English.

here a sample in its raw state:

ba.wav Sample in this order: Little Girl, Boy and Mature Girl

the samples also do not follow a pattern of volume and velocity

https://twitter.com/Ye_Falls/status/1029196087431708673 (I do not know how to attach images in utaforum)

Note: the first one seems like a lot of accelerated audio, I still have the voice banks with me in case you want I can send you

I did notice that, it's odd, but it can happen. It's like a 'growl' to think of it. I've had it happen when I tried to trill my r's (I'm asian), and the raw input is alerting, from high and squeaky to mature and low. Then theirs inconsistent pronunciation usually pronunciation can change over time, these 3 UTAU's . With the raw sample(s) that have different fluctuation and sounding different, these are now probably most likely stolen banks. What bothers me is, why not just steal the oto and pitch the samples a little and call it a day?

Some people put some secret lines in the Otos in case it is steals it can detect more easily, as for example the nonoka the lines of the phoneme k, g, t, and y are exchanged however the use in the utau is not harmed, and in case someone steals the voice bank without realizing this is much easier to detect and also a different Oto makes the utau sound different

Mmm, okay. So this one's one of the smart ones.
