Do CC connections (consonant to consonant) need multi-pitch recordings?
example: [poC3][orD#3][rt][taC3] - [poC3][orF3][rtC#3][taC3]

by incredible coincidence are these recordings that I want to diminish
Typically speaking, hard consonants shouldn't, but some do add them because the change of pitch can affect how the consonant is articulated. This varies from person to person. So if you do change the type of consonants record them.

Also, the flappy r or 4 in X-sampa should have it's CC as well, because, it isn't a hard unvoiced consonant, therefore it has pitch.

I'll probably have to leave the recordings on the voicebank, just because the CC samples I have are (l, m, n, s, z, r, sh) that connect to all voicebank consonants
