My UTAU Won't Make Sounds...Can Anyone Help?

So, I've got a voicebank recorded that's just been sitting around for a while. She has an OTO.ini, and if I were to type in something like 'ka', it shows up as 'ka(ka)', implying she has files linked to each sound. But when I try to play the sounds, there's only silence.
This voicebank doesn't have a suffix/prefix on any of her sound samples, so that might be why she won't make sound, but I'm not sure.
I'm sure this a common issue, but I'm new to the whole voicebank-making thing, so some help would be nice. Thank you!

i don't really understand with the "ka(ka)". is it in the alias config or in the lyric inserting?

you may want to check your filename (you don't need to put alias as "ka" if your filename is "ka" as well, you get what i mean rite-), remove all flags, make sure that all configurations of the lyric is empty (not 0), and if it doesn't work try to re-initialize the freq. map. i hope this helps!

They're using UTAU-Synth.

Do other voicebanks work fine for you, OP? If so, you may want to copy the way those are set up.
I'm sorry for a late reply! Yes, other voice banks do work for me. I've tried taking the .OTO file from another voicebank and editing it to fit my sound files, but it didn't change anything.

As for your voicebank files, are they the correct format? Make sure they're 16bit mono wav files with a 44.1kHz bitrate.

All of my files are .wav files with a 44.1kHz bitrate each, but they're all 32-bit. Does the amount of bits necessarily effect if the sounds will play in UTAU-Synth?

I just wanted to ask but does your utau have frq/spef files? Cuz when I tried recording a utau using utau-synth for the first time, she didn't make any sound until I was able to generate those two files.

Yup, she has frq/spef files for every sound, and an OTO.ini file. I've attached a photo of her files in their folder and in UTAU-Synth.Screen Shot 2018-11-17 at 2.11.07 PM.png

UPDATE: I've solved this problem! Yes, as it turns out, each sound file does have to be 16 bits. I've edited them all and now everything's cool! Thank you all for the help.
