Looking for Advice (CV VB)

Not really sure what my best course of action is here. I'm considering just redoing the voice bank entirely but I'm worried that it may just come out the same.

I also noticed that the wavelengths for some notes were much louder than others.

Any advice?

Thanks!

Hi KC! Considering it is happening on the same notes (mainly to) I'd say it's more of an issue with the oto than it is with the bank or program itself.

When it comes to recording cv banks, consistency is key when it comes to volume, tone and pitch. I'd be more than happy to check out this voicebank to see what can be done. Re-recording is always a hassle so I try to find ways around re-recording if possible. ^_^;;

Maybe irrelevant, but if you want to, you can open up the rendered audio in a program such as Audacity and put a compressor filter over it. that should help with the random bits of loudness, which sometimes happens with my own vb. They still sound nice from what I can hear, though! :sing:

That'd be great! If you want to learn about configuring your sound samples, I would suggest checking out this guide here, don't be intimidated by the text, I promise its rather easy once you know what different parts do.
