Row 4 Updates?

Hey all!
So as you may or may not be aware, Row 4 hasn’t updated the available banks in about 6 months. While yes there are new banks in development still, we are kind of at a standstill with motivation if that makes sense. So I’d like to formally ask you all a few questions!
1. Have you ever used any of the banks in the Row 4 Character set? (If so please link! I might not have seen it!!)
2. What kinds of banks would you have in addition to what is currently available?
3. If you haven’t used them, what currently deters you from testing them out. (Aside from slightly old banks)

If you guys could answer these for me it would really help us at Row 4 better understand what you guys want in a bank. Currently all of the characters (aside from the s t i l l voiceless 29 (Copper) ) have multipitch VCV Japanese and Arpasing English banks in development. Although to be fair some have yet to be recorded.

Thanks for reading!

Quite honestly, the tos is what's always put me off.

I'm all for big tos' that cover everything! They're great!
But on the other hand, it makes me feel like anything I do is automatically in some gray area.
'Did I credit this exactly right? Is this the linkbank they wanted, or is it this? Will this song be an issue? Does it matter if it fits character canon?'

I understand the opportunity to ask is always available, but usually when I'm making covers I try to do it as a surprise, so letting the creators in on it takes away the fun.

If I'm not completely sure what I can and can't do, or what specific credits I have to have (exact name, exact URL, exact format, etc) I usually won't ask and just avoid the vb as a whole. Once I used someone's vb and didn't credit exactly in a specific way and got chewed out for it, and I've been wary ever since.

I see your concern, thank you for responding! I’ll add a more thorough example and explanation to the terms and conditions, as well as a “readme” file to the banks.
