Posting Links to Voicebanks

Hello! I have a quick question.

I want to give someone here on the forum a download for a voicebank (that I do not own but have the download for) via google drive or dropbox or some site like that, and I was wondering what the best way to distribute it is. Am I allowed to post the link directly in the thread? Or is there a better way to do it? Am I allowed to redistribute voicebanks in the first place?

First of all, the best way to share a voicebank is to share the original official link. You can share the link to the release video, or the official website, or the official download link.

If those are gone, check the voicebank's terms of use to see if it allows redistribution. There might be additional specific terms, for example you can only distribute the configuration files and not the audio files.

If you're allowed to distribute the files you want to share, you can use a site like wetransfer for temporary uploads.
