I use UTAU quite regularly but ive always been scared of adding plugins but i decided to install a few so i got utaugrowl and i have no idea how to use, can anyone help me???

The utaugrowl.exe file should be placed in the same folder as the resampler you want to use, then renamed to be the same as the resampler + "_ug" at the end. So if you're using TIPS, it should be named TIPS_ug.exe. Set that as your resampler and use the w flag to increase growl.
