I can get moresampler working on Mac using UTSU and Wine, but it just renders... really... slowly...

  did you ever try to make world4utau work ? since it's open source, I've been able to change some stuff in the source of world4utau that made me able to build it for linux and it can be built for mac too since the code is platform agnostic, if you want I could share to you the source code, I even created a cmake script that makes it easy to build it for other OS such as macos
