If you could decide, what would your -P name be?

So I don't know if that's still a thing, but I think usually, the community gives you a -P name.
I think mine would be one of the following:
- Chou-P, because I covered Migikata no Chou like 3 times in a row, and 4 times in total. And it was not the last time XD.
- Night-P, because I tend to cover Samfree's Night Series a lot.
- Mane(Mane)-P or Psycho(tropic)-P because i tend to cover that song a lot too.
or, probably most accurate for me,
- Harmony-P, because i tend to make my harmonies loud, not too loud that they overplay the main vocals, buut rather loud in comparison, but to me, in a good way haha.

So what would your -P name be?

If I was ever becoming a -P (after having finally ever done a song correctly) and that I could choose, I'd pick Améthyste-P and thus, with french spelling instead of English to make it stand out a bit more since I love the way this word sound as it's all mellow, sweet, both cute and maturee at the same time, and it has such a nice and very amazing shade of violet I deeply love.... And it's also my #1 favourite gemstone ever, ex-aequo with diamond

And also because MillyAqualine-P sounds weird in my mind, I don't know why ...

This is a bit of a silly discussion, because you can absolutely choose your own -P name nowadays. The reason people don't use them anymore is because they sound rather antiquated- so you come off either as someone who's been around since 2008, or someone who doesn't know any better. As a producer, go with whatever name you like! The only thing that bothers me is whenever people use a -P name without being a producer at all. The whole purpose of the label is so that, in a sea of credits for a large project, it's easy to identify the song's producer via the -P suffix.

I go by DystoP because of the pun (sounds like 'dystopia', and I absolutely intend to get IA english when she comes out). The reason I chose that name in particular is the song Escape Cityscape, which I actually wrote a long time ago when I was starting to pick up the pace at producing music. At the time, I intended to write a lot more story-based dystopian songs. However, as time went on, I guess my style has changed! But it's too late to change it now, and I'm already happy with the current name. After all, Crusher-P doesn't write songs like Rugrats Theory anymore, nor does Circus-P write songs like Circus Monster.

I don't know what you mean, the P should stand for producer so if that's what someone does they can choose to go by (_)-P

Like I said earlier, while it did originate as a way for fans to affectionately nickname their favorite creators, it's now just another style of alias that a producer can use. Seriously, if you want to get a -P name, then start producing songs and give yourself whatever -P name you want.

Back in February or so, "Revolver-P" popped into my head, but I have no way to justify that name. I also thought of Harmony-P for the same reason as @Sors. Time to pull some songs out of the dump and finish them! Too bad my most recent WIP has no vocals
