Moresampler doesn't work

Hi,
I decided to try moresampler today, so I downloaded it and followed the instructions I found in its folder, but when I tried to use it it gave me the error "Failed to generate a wav file. Please check the settings." (I also tried it with different USTs and utaus, but it's the same)
How can I fix it?

yes, but it still doesn't work
