.FRQ files for dummies?

My UTAU always, ALWAYS has the worst frq files, I have no idea how to fix them, and I've never gotten a good answer on how to fix them. (yes, I've tried rendering with older resamplers)
Things like this? Easy, no problem. These are the example frqs I get all the time when I search "how to fix frq files"

But 9 times outta 10 her frqs are kinda like this:

But they're definitely more like this:

THESE are the frqs I can never find a guide for. I just cannot fix them. Rarely they're fixable, but most times they end up making her sound hoarse and scratchy. And whenever I try to rerecord the same sample, the frqs come out just as bad.

Is there. A way. To fix something like this. This is. A difficult voice. For me and. It's hard to rererererererecord One sample,

Ah, I guess with fixing frqs it’s sometimes really gotta be a very dilligent and point by point job and it’s usually case by case depending on how the actual recording is. Most of the time you just gotta try to make them as close a straight line or close to how the pitch changes in the recording if there’s a drasting up/down.

Is there any possible specific reason that the frqs are coming out so wild like mic quality or bg noise? Or is it maybe just the voice type

There's a FRQ editor plugin by Masao that might be helpful: https://www.mediafire.com/folder/rra0zg66lb419/frqeditor
It allows you to draw the FRQs rather than edit point by point which is really time consuming. Hopefully, this helps?

I've never heard of this??? I'll definitely try it!!!! Maybe it'll work but anything is better than doing the dots

It's the voice type + location. It only happens when I do a loud voice in this room. I'm out of luck when it comes to location though, I can't move bc I'm on PC. I think it has to do with echos (I can't set up those noise. block. things. the Wall Foam. the name escapes me rn lmao but you know what i mean), but even that I'm unsure of bc I've recorded the same voice in an even emptier room and had no issues. It's not noise bc I try and record when it's the quietest and the frq actually improves if st like the air conditioner is going on lmao
