Ted Kasane is not a separate voicebank. It is a derivative character based on Teto Kasane. To get a vocal that sounds like Ted, use Teto's voicebank, with a flag like "g+20". Teto's voicebanks are available from her official website here: http://kasaneteto.jp/en/voicebank.html
