Does Mawarine Shuu not have a "を" file??

I've just been substituting を with お for a while now, and each time I redownload the vb just to see he never has a file for OR with any form of を . Just wondering if this is a problem for anyone else, and if it can be fixed. Thank you!!

を is a grammatical particle and not necessarily a unique sound. You can edit the OTO yourself to include this as an alias for お samples, but if you ever specifically need a "wo" sound for your tuning, see if うぉ will work.

If that doesn't work, maybe a tiny [- う] and then a [u お], or just re-oto a [u お] to be を and use VC.
