UTAU has freq files, is oto'd, but still won't sing

Hi!
I'm new to Utau and tried creating my own voice bank. I have the freq files, and can oto my files. But, when I tested to see if I was doing it right, it wouldn't sing.

I have download other utau and they seems to sing fine, so it's something with my bank.

My locale is set to Japan, and I have the alias set. I didn't oto all the files yet, because I did this test after I oto'd the first few files. Could it be that I just have to oto all the files?

thanks!

When you recorded your voicebank, did you save the files as 44.1kHz sample rate 16bit depth mono wav files?

Yes, except theyre recorded in stereo. Turns out it's only some notes that don't work. So I think it's either my oto was bad or the sample I took when recording. I'm messing around with the oto, and might rerecord if I can't get them to work.
