Samples not working

heya im otoing a voicebank with setparam currently, but some of the files look like this

for some reason the waveform isn't showing up? i thought it was just the program, so i tried to play it in the actual utau program and it wouldn't play at all, so i opened the editor and it looks all funky.

i have no idea what's wrong. is there a way to fix this or do i have to rerecord the samples that are messed up?
