Pitch editor plugin (Mode1用ピッチエディタv1.62) lyrics won't show

I'm quite new to utau. I wanted to instal pitch editor (Mode1用ピッチエディタv1.62), but it won't work and the lyrics won't show.

I tried changeing tempo and useing differents vb but it is still the same

sorry for broken english it's not my native language.

try this:
ctrl + shift + esc
find "pittrace.exe"
select it and click "End task"
save and close UTAU, then reopen and try to use Pitch Editor again

I did as you said, but it didn't do anything and the error is still there

Change your decimal symbol from a comma (,) to a dot (.)
