picedit pitch editor can't apply to notes

Hi, I'm super new to utaloid! Like, painfully new, I'm having a really hard time figuring everything out. I downloaded the picedit/pittrace pitch editor and it booted up and worked just fine, I was able to edit the pitch of my selected notes easily, the problem is when I click 'OK' these changes don't apply to the notes in UTAU. I don't see any pitch lines and when I play the notes it's still monotone. I would really appreciate any help with this!

OMG I thought since it said mode 2 it was in mode 2. *facepalms* thank you so much for your help!
