yamine renri oto.ini file blank

installed yamine renri's voicebank, didn't work. checked out everything and discover the oto.ini file is completely blank, with no text in it and being the size of 0 bytes. tried other downloads, didnt work.
all i need is the oto.ini file to her voicebank, please send it to chramos2007@gmail.com

It might not be that either. Renri is a multipitch bank, meaning the oto.ini in the root folder should be blank. Check the subfolders for separate otos and you might find that they aren't blank.
