I think my issue is somewhere weird, but let me just explain it. So if I create a new utau file and write notes on my own, my utau will sing. But if I import someone else’s ust file, it doesn’t work at all. I’ve checked all possible problems like clearing the properties or the voicebank setting, but it just doesn’t work. I’ve previously used other’s usts and successfully made cover songs, so I have no idea why this issue happens...If someone could help me thank you very much

You can double check that the lyrics correspond to the voicebank by selecting one note and pressing the shortcut CTRL+G. If it opens a single wave file, it's a valid lyric, but if it opens the entire OTO, you will need to change the lyrics.
Additionally, check the project properties and ensure that you've selected a working combination of resampler and wavtool.

Yeah it opens one single wave file so I think there’s no problem with my lyrics. I also use a combination of wavtool and resampler.
I've downloaded them both and had no issues on my end using that UST and voicebank together. To clarify my setup:
- The UST and voicebank folders are both on my desktop.
- UTAU itself is located in Music, not Program Files.
- The resampler and wavtool have both been set to default, and these are both located in the UTAU installation folder.
- The UST was opened via File > Open.
- The UST was converted from CV to VCV using the iroiro plugin.
The only thing I can recommend at this point is to either compare your current setup with how you normally set up a working UST/voicebank, or to mimic the setup here.
