New UTAU plugins aren't possible any more?

You know when you just get to the point where you can't do anything, just wait? In that kind of frustrating phase my UTAship is. Yep, you read it right, I'm, for the first time, frustrated when it comes to UTAU.
My blabbering won't explain anything so let me go from the top:
I have thought of a plugin, a very useful plugin that will have everything(well, most of it) in one place. The plugin will be more than useful to CV and CV VC users/makers. Well, it'll be useful-ish to VCV users too. HOWEVER, the problem that I'm having isn't a coder, oh nooo. I'm swimming in coders(elohel such laughter). Well, it's actually Ameya. I sent him a full fledged letter a few days ago and he hasn't replied. I can understand busy people and all, but this is a serious matter. Now, I have no info on how the plugin will talk to the main GUI and I want to burn myself. I don't know, I need help.
Here it goes: Can someone who actually has /some/ experience with this give me a legit answer which I can try in case Ameya doesn't answer?
(the reason of this blabber of mine is because my coder person is a procrastinator, a huge one, and it'll take time for him to do the do since my ideas go massive)

Thanks for the help, but you probably misunderstood what I wanted to say. I know how it all works, but it doesn't really help me because that's just theory. The thing I'll need is a piece of code or very detailed info on their relationship.

No, the letter was entirely in English because I can't really speak Japanese. (so cry)
Thank you for those links, though. See, because of my lack of knowledge, I didn't even see the second page which explains everything. If that appeared earlier, my life would be sooooooooo much easier.
I did figure out that, but I thought that it was some kind of a "model4" type of thing where only specific people could make one.
Well, when I'm done with this, I'll be sure to make a tutorial(or something similar) in English so there won't be any confusion.

I will make a very detailed tutorial on that so it's easier for others to understand. I'm not a "techy folk", I only know "techy folks" who know nothing about UTAU so I need to be well informed. :3
