I would be able to tell you that,
but i was homeless for like 1/4th of 2013
(and before that I was taking a hiatus to focus on school. which was totally a bad idea because getting into ucla let to me being homeless, so if I had failed and stayed in tennessee I wouldn't have been homeless so. . .)

Sora Denatsu, Denki Sai/Galvan Ize Electrolysis, Hachi's Acute, Alternative Voice, Akari Soar, Hakone Shima DUSK, Diipu V2 + Diipu Male VB, Raine Reizo, Linako Eden, Yuki Rush, Ciel Sekaine Emotions, Kazumi's VCV hnng these are definitely some of the most versatile/HQ banks * V* updated/released this year !!!

Denatsu Sora made some huge strides this year with both pronunciation and quality. She went from being a bank that I liked the tone of but couldn't really stand to an extremely stellar set of voices. Most-Improved-Bank award from me.
Wasn't Shiine Ama's power bank (forget the official name) also out this year? Because she hit UTAU like a storm, with good reason.
Koharune Ami, though I haven't used her yet, blew my mind with her record-breaking 17-pitch VCV.
Akane Inari came out with a slew of great banks this year also.
I want to give Yuutsukoe Karasu points for having so many new banks, but I'm never 100% satisfied with them myself, so honorable mention from me.
I've been rather innactive this year from a combination of working, college, and my PC having busted, so I haven't been able to follow new banks very well in a while.

LEONA, Sora Denatsu, Iiki-chan Shiki, Yumeiro Hasaki, Hachi Makune, Kiei Suikomi, Sonone Linako, Bokurane Reno, Asane Hana are some pretty good ones.
There are a lot though and I'm probably forgetting them, so please don't feel bad if I didn't list yours. ;-;
