Voicebank install issues...

Like the title says some banks are silent no later what I do. I have checked if the banks are in hiragana or romanji but they still make no sound(and if they do, they sound like cows!!!!!)

So far they've been banks from overseas like Aro Rouon and Zan Arkana.

Aro Rouon has an install text file so am I missing a plugin? Help ????:bigtears:

I have tried running other banks. Ritsu wouldn't sing no matter what, I Teto sang a few times but stopped working. I run on windows 7.

Go to the Regional & Language options in the control panel, and in the format tab click "customize the format". Make sure to change it from a comma to a period. If you don't do this, UTAU won't play any sound even with Japanese locale.

You could also try using resampler.dll if you want (in the ust's settings), but that's really inconvenient and I wouldn't recommend it o:
