UTAU English VCCV 2015

The list is split up into different sections, so it depends on what kind of samples I need to get out of the recording. There are 1 to 4 fourth notes worth of sounds per recording! I guess the definitions of "strung" and "unstrung" don't apply to this method now. But the vowel combination section is what I think we'd define as "unstrung" since it's only getting one oto per recording.

And yes! You can edit and add and reduce the list all you want. Though I recommend keeping the core the same, if only for the sake of trying to create some kind of consensus in the English UTAU community. xD But I can only do so much about that.
I've also added a lot of optional recordings for different accents and whatnot. The Extra section contains things like other CC combinations which are super fun to use, but not needed for understandable English, CCV, VCC, VCV, glottal stops, and extra vowels. And if anyone finds other useful things to add down the line, I'll add it!

Oh . Okay. I'll probably make an add on for Japanese since I like bilingual banks and I may try out some of the extra section.

Can't wait for the list, though didn't you just say that the lite list doesn't exists?
So now we have the core list plus the thing for the Lite. Though I like it and I'm very excited with the pon-pon update.
Goes back to utau work.

I haven't quite figured out what combinations of what sounds to put where and what names I want to use to describe them, or if I should even try to do that in the first place. LOL
I know that once all my information is released, the community is going to find what they think is works best together on their own, but I want to make that process as easy as I can for people. And I also want it to look as inviting as possible.(Which I mean.... It's English so... I can only do so much with the tools I have right now.) Which is why I'm putting a lot of work into a "LITE" list.
I want to release something like what you would need for the "bare minimum" for this method, and that's basically what I mean when I say "LITE".

Okay.
So Form what I understand there's going to be:
A lite list aka the bare minimum
A reg list aka the basic list, everything need expect the extras-(whatever that may be )
A Extra list aka extra stuff that's not necessarily need, but can be recorded

I'm going to try for something like that!!
It's also going to depend a lot on differences in accents. I believe I've found a somewhat ideal combination of vowels for a good "general american" accent. And it should be able to capture most other American accents well. So that is what I want to make into the core list.

But the list itself is very modular. It will be very easy to pick and choose what kind of accent you want. And the list is organised in such a way that makes it easy to understand and edit. The only problem with that will be each bank will need USTs edited somewhat specifically. But I think at this point, if everyone follows this method as I intend it to be used, that will mostly just mean editing vowels in a UST- which isn't too bad at all.

There are also a few other techniques that I am experimenting with, but I think I will need to leave these things alone for now, and just work on getting a really good base method that isn't too difficult to work English off of in UTAU.

A lot of what happens with this will be left up to what you all do with it after I release. :3

New update!!

It's all coming together now! I'll be releasing the LITE list first, along with tutorials on how to record and use these banks. :3 Then I will be releasing updates for samples to add on later down the line. Also Cz, I'll be releasing Cz! Hopefully by the end of March or the first few weeks of April.

I'm also considering starting a Patreon for my work? I guess I'll figure something out. But tell me what you think!
