Uses global config settings and confirmed to work with hiragana CV and VCV. Default config matches KYE's voicebank. Users may be able to use it with romaji Japanese voicebanks or with standard CVVC voicebanks with custom config. Please submit an issue if there are any problems with doing so.

Plan for v1.1 is to implement per-voicebank config to allow users to ship voicebanks with their preferred settings.
