No pop filter? No problem!

Here's a quick little trick anyone can use that I learned from the documentary, 'I Know That Voice!".
John DiMaggio also uses this technique, and it worked for me so I wanted to share it with you guys!

Simply take your finger(or a pencil) and put it to the middle of your lips underneath your nose. This splits the air stream created from hard consonants and redirects the air to either side of your mic, instead of attacking your mic with a gust of air. Basically make the same gesture as if you were going "shhh!" and putting your finger to your lips like you would do when you're telling someone to be quiet. This should work for all hard consonants that give you issues with mic pops.

I hope this helps some of you!
