Are the samples in AIFF format instead of WAV? UTAU and Moresampler both support both formats, but I've found that Moresampler is weirdly finicky with AIFF audio even if it supports it.

I'd suggest maybe pitching the whole thing down an octave, to me KYE sounds really strained at that pitch.

I would be okay with this only if the resampler we got forced to use was something flexible with lots of flags and that tends to work well with most voicebanks, like moresampler. If we were stuck with resampler.exe or doppeltler I would probably just stick with older UTAU versions.

UTAU doesn't have UTF-8 support yet, you just have to stick to X-SAMPA for now unfortunately.

Like, what are the lyrics you have inputted on each note? Or is it just skipping everything? The note names/lyrics have to be in hiragana or katakana or else it will skip them because it assumes it's not Japanese.
