You're still able to cover and upload it, just in the US you are unable to view it unless you go onto your browser and download a proxy blocker or use some other method to make the website register your IP from outside the US - this is probably illegal but since the addons got through whatever...

Can I just ask, since you seem to know quite a bit on this subject. What about when it comes to non-vocaloid Japanese songs (such as Me!Me!Me! and songs from animes like Love Live!). Should I just avoid covering them all together or is there some kind of protocol I can follow?
