Yeah sadly you have to manually change Romaji to Hiragana, I've done it many times and I am a mac user too sooo yeah, it sucks XP

From what I know, her voicebank has been retired, luckily I have them all saved somewhere special before she was discontinued, but sadly stuff like this happens XP
