ive already asked for vcv JP oto help and got it so i figured id ask for cvvc english bank oto help... im finishing the recordings up U_U they are hell for me to do >_< anyhow... my JP bank isnt even finished and so why dafug did i do the eng bank... i was BORED and didnt want to make japanese...

ive seen these installers but have no idea how to make em and i want to rerelease the pearloid banks with a bit of an update for my new site but i wanna put them in an installer for utau instead of zip... help me?

so i remade my ust and i hope its a bit better... the octave range was fixed ;) also it has a vcv ust as well as the cv... plz read readme in dl before using or asking me stuff about rules... its all there... and yes you may edit or wutevs oh and this time i used the official instrumental...
