Deci is generally loud and obnoxious, to the point of being annoying for some and charismatic for others. While she is often perceived as a tomboy, she will not hesitate to dress up as a pink princess. She might also have a streak for mischief, as evidence has recently surfaced that she let Fart-Chan and Kaboom-Kun into the music industry...
Her character item is a floppy disk.
She made her debut on May 19th, 2022 covering "Butterfly on Your Right Shoulder (Len version)" (5/19 being her birthday because of this), and was made publicly available on September 3, 2022 with the release of her first original song, "You Don't Want This on Radio".

Deci Mal has 2 voicebanks: a Japanese CV voicebank and an English VCCV voicebank in production.
Japanese CV:
A multipitch voicebank recorded in A3, D4, and G4. Japanese sounds are aliased in both Romaji and Hiragana, whereas English sounds are only in Romaji. The English portion of the voicebank was created using PearlStarLight5's CV English reclist, which adds English single-consonants and vowel sounds that are not accounted for in Japanese.
For best results, I recommend using either her English or Japanese in Utau, but only using her Japanese in OpenUtau.
English VCCV:
A monopitch voicebank recorded in E4. It uses PaintedCZ's reclist and base oto, and additionally contains vocal fry vowels. An update in the farther future will make it multi-expression.
She can be described as a solid vocal capable of power by adjusting the pitch bend or tension. I mostly use her with moresampler, but her CV has been tested with resampler and TIPS (VCCV is a work in progress).
