Blair is not a bad person, but this doesn't mean she is always good either.
She is known for being very good at what she does. She always exert herself when working.

However she is the kind of person who judges before knowing. She judges and pick people by what they wear, their looking, etc.

She also sometimes acts fake, specially if one is her client.

Also isn't very humble. She buys expensive things and make sure to post pics of her stuff on social media.

On another hand, however, Ryuko really loves those next to her.

She sometimes donate to charity. It is unknown if she does that for status or pure altruism.

Ryuko's sound source consists of a female young voice; It is recorded in VCV style, in 3 pitches (A3, D4, G4).

Her logical range in UTAU is D#3 to E5. Using her on lower pitches with low value gender flags (i.e g3) may give her a more mature voice.

Her voicer is a native japanese speaker;

Contains extra VC aliases and other useful strings that can be used for imitating other languages;

Her -VOGUE- append is a combination of a new G4 powerful pitch with her default voicebank. It has an updated oto.ini, besides the extra VC samples, new breathing samples and ending breaths. Her older G4 pitch still remains and can be used by adding "S" suffix. It gives you a more soft tone.

Her -VOGUE- [Standalone ver.] contains only the G4 powerful pitch, extra VC samples and ending breaths. Can be used by itself well, giving a "solid" tone. Its range is slightly more limited thought.

The updated version of the -VOGUE- voicebank now includes CV vocal fries. The oto.ini was fully fixed. It can also work as a CVVC bank. The soft G4 pitch was removed altogether.

-No, you cannot. Also cannot be used for any appelation purposes;
