Advice for recording vocalfry samples for VCV

I'm using a 6 mora reclist. I guess what I'm not sure about is if I go through and alter the reclist, or just only record vocal fry samples on the vowel strings, if I should be doing vocal fry on all the vowels in the string or only the beginning. Or if I need to do double of all the samples anytime there's a vowel? I'm tempted to record them CV, but if there's a relatively easy way to do it VCV, then I see no point in it.

You can do it however you please. Yamine Renri is the best example for vocal fries, hers are start, middle and end. Then there are utaus like shione lt, she only has starting and ending. Personally, I suggest that starting and ending are much more useful than middle ones, tho middle ones can sometimes substitute glottal stops.
