Any Way to 8Bit an Off Vocal?

I've been wondering if there's a way to take an off vocal and make it sound 8bit-ish. Preferably without a hells-worth of hard work or without having to pay for a program.

Anyone know?

I don't think so. If you can find a midi, you can swap out the parts for 8 bit sounds.

I have yet to figure it out though. I'm not sure if it can do a song in 8bit or...if you have to make the song yourself.

You need to remake the song yourself in MIDI form with 8Bit instruments.
Sorry. No easy way around it, likely any MIDI you find will need rearranging as well.
