Are there any more singthesis programs that use .wav?

I need to know this. I heard that MUTA is planning to support custom voicebanks, which will be nice because I like the tone that the program has.
Also talk voices.
Much talk voices.
So, I'm just wondering about this.

I don't get why you titled the thread that, a much better title would have been "Are there any other singthesis programs that allow you to make your own banks?"
Anyways, Sharpkey is supposed to add in voicebank creation sometime soon, NiaoNIAO already has it, and Festival allows for creation of voicebanks, too.

Thanks. I tried to use Loliedit(similar to UTAU but in early beta), and that seems to support custom voices, but I can't even figure out how to place a note orz
