TERMS OF SERVICE
By commissioning you are agreeing to my TOS.- The voicebank you are commissioning me for HAS to be your own. Or with written permission for me to oto it if you do not own the voicebank or aren't the voicer.
- PayPal Invoice OR Ko-Fi Donation in GBP (£).
- A base oto is recommended to be provided. If it does not have a base oto you will be charged an additional £3 - £5+ GBP depending on the reclist for me to make a base oto.
- You are allowed to make edits to the oto once it's done, especially if I end up missing anything!
- Do not claim the oto to be your own.
- You must include my name somewhere as the otoer for the VB.
- Max pitches vary depending on the recording type.
- I am more confident in my VCV and CVVC otoing compared to my CV otoing.
- The oto is for the voicebank you sent me only.
- Do not use the oto for other voicebanks.

♥ MUST be 18+ to commission me
♥ All commissions are for PERSONAL USE ONLY
♥ I require HIGH QUALITY REFERENCES to work from
♥ I reserve the right to reject a commission for any reason
♥ Do not rush me. You will be black listed if you rush me
♥ Edits and additions can be requested during each stage of the process but major changes will cost extra
♥ I forbid my work to be used in NFT related projects
♥ Do not use my work in offensive content
♥ By commissioning me you are aware that you will be getting a DIGITAL DOWNLOAD. No physical items will be sent
♥ All rights to the model data belong to me. I must be credited as the creator of the part even if it's edited (with prior permission)
♥ You are permitted to edit the texture, mesh as long as I am made aware beforehand.
♥ You are NOT permitted to distribute the part as it's own thing or on a finished model. Please ask about giving it to trusted friends.
♥ If I cancel a commission, you will be refunded in full.
♥ If you cancel a commission during production, and paid in full, I will keep a portion of the price and refund the rest along with providing the model data as is.
♥ If you cancel a commission during production, and paid half, I will keep the half you have paid and provide the model data as is.
♥ Chargebacks filed against me for any reason will result in your model being scrapped if it's in production. If you have filed a chargeback against me and you have received the full model, I will take legal action against you.
