Firstly, have you tried his main site, perchance?

Most of Ritsu's banks recently have been VCV and as such do not have romaji fan-versions because romaji VCV just doesn't work too well.
Secondly, UTAU directories is only for Voice Banks you own to be submitted, not for topics like these. Every post there goes through moderation, which was why we did not get this through until now. Read the rules of a section before you post, please.
