Certain Samples Won't Play with TIPS Resampler

As per title, TIPS isn't playing certain samples in the voicebank I'm using but is playing everything else fine. (the voicebank is MAKKU AENGUS VCCV if anyone is curious) I checked the files that aren't playing and they're all oto'd correctly. I've also regenerated the frequency files for the samples but that didn't fix anything. I've heard that TIPS can have weird issues with voicebanks, so I was wondering if anyone had experience with this kind of problem and knows how to fix it? I would really like to continue to use TIPS since it sounds really nice with the voice.

EDIT: I just checked again, this happening with all the resamplers. Attached is a picture of the to of the sample, just in case it helps.

It's probably a frequency issue but I don't know how to fix it, please help

UPDATE: I regenerated the frq file in frqeditor + messed around some more with the oto, and that seems to have fixed it.
