Character avatar issues

I feel...pretty stupid for not knowing the solution to this. Sorry if it's a common question.

I'm attempting to add the character avatar for my voicebank to the program. I have gone through the whole 'making a character.txt' file with all the essentials. The file is 100x100, a bmp, 29.3 kb in filesize. (I've heard it mentioned that is the correct size number for it to work) and still no picture is showing up. It's probably a simple fix, but what am I missing here? Thanks.

What's the exact text of the character.txt file?

Unrelated, but the sample should be a wav file.

It doesn't seem like anything else is wrong though. As long as that "urara.bmp" file is in the same folder with everything else it should be fine. Maybe I could try the voicebank on my computer to see if it shows up?

Do not put spaces after the "=" sign.

The problem was resolved- the image file in question was accidentally named "urara.bmp.bmp"
