Collapsing boards

A little while ago I collapsed all the boards in order to just make it look all nice for myself, but ever since the chat changed to needing a button to open, I haven't been able to open them up.

Hentai, please help

The problem persists and I still have no response. Just to be clear, when you're on the main index page, there's a small minus button in the right end of a subforum title bar. I clicked on all of them, the things collapsed into the titles, and the button became a small plus. The chat went from being constantly visible to being hidden behind a button. I CANNOT CLICK ON THE PLUS. I CANNOT ACCESS THREADS THROUGH THE MAIN PAGE.
