Updated Official Art and Voicebank Terms of Use and Changed the DL link to go to the actual file instead of just another link to the Official site. Also about to update the voicebank itself, so if i have to, i may have to come back and change the DL link again (hopefully not) These edits are just me trying to put the new details here before i forget.
