Custom Sinsy / Neutrino VBs?

I always get excited about new vocal synths, but quickly lose interest if I find that you can't make custom voicebanks. I recently learned that it's possible to make a custom Sinsy voicebank if you're willing to do some actual programming/coding, but can't really find all the stuff I need and a good outline of what needs to be done.

I also just discovered Neutrino, and was wondering if custom voicebanks are possible in that? It's hard to find information for either of these synths.

Is it possible to contact the developers to ask? Have you been able to find a FAQ page in the software's website?
