Defoko isn't making sound, how to fix?

I know why, it's because I downloaded UTAU before setting the region settings, however I don't know how exactly to fix the issue. My other voicebanks are fine, though.

You will need to uninstall/delete UTAU, then redownload and reinstall it. You can temporarily move your working voicebanks to another folder while you do this, then put them back once UTAU is reinstalled.
