Does Anyone Know How Teto's Samples Are "Tuned"?

This might be an odd question, but Teto's voicebank samples all seem to be inhumanly consistent, and almost sounding like they themselves are renders from the voicebank, rather than recordings straight from her voice provider. I was wondering if anyone knows how this was done? I'm curious and kinda wanna try tuning samples like that myself to see what comes of it. But I can't think of anything they could have done to the samples, beyond pitch stabilization.

I forgot all about VocalShifter being a thing omg. I played around with some of my own recordings, and it definitely seems like that's what they did for Teto, yeah.
