ERROR|BLOCKED - An UTAU By the Community

So most, if not all, of us know about the whole YouTube blocking error that's going on. I thought it would be good if we decided to make an UTAUloid. Why? So we can bind together as a forum/community to document this incident in UTAU history. ERROR BLOCKED, is the name I thought we should call it since that's what YouTube is doing right now. This will be a complete forum/community driven project. I'll try and get some polls up about what language, how we should select the voice, and how we should select the design. I hope we are able to pull this off and work together~ <3

ERROR|BLOCKED will be a VCCV English library, nonhuman, and the design/voice will be chosen by vote. Basically how this is going to work is people post their entries and we'll make a new poll on the website~
