Frq editor bug?

(Sorry for bad English, I'm using translator)
The frq editor does not appear points for me to edit, even when in the utau itself it appears...is there a specific button that turns it on or off?

To edit a single file, select the note in UTAU, then run frqeditor as a plugin.

To edit a whole voicebank, run frqeditor as a standalone application, then go to File > Open > Select the voicebank folder.
