Glitchy audio when testing CVVC Voicebank

I was otoing my CVVC Voicebank from scratch and there is weird audio glitches, when I was testing notes (ex. fa, a f, fi) there is a weird drop.
I don't know how to fix this. I tried to re-oto it but it made it worse. I tried regen'ing the frq files it didn't work. Is there a fix to this?!?

Can you post an audio sample of the raw recording and after using it in UTAU?
If possible, create a full screen recording using OBS, and post it to YouTube as an unlisted video. This can help us determine the exact sequence of steps you took and what might have gone wrong.
