Help Activating CeVIO Trial

I wanted to mess around in the software, however when I try to open up my free trial, I get this pop-up:

I understand the first bullet is asking for a serial number, and the second the 30-day trial option, but I don't know what it's asking for the box at the bottom, and it won't let me select OK without entering something in there. I would simply try Google translate, but I can't copy any of the text.

I've tried typing in a few different things, but nothing seems to be working. Any help?
