Help! Laggy Unusable UST

Hello! So i downloaded a "Hate it, Hate it, Huge ego!" UST file from https://half-a-head.tumblr.com/USTs.
But when i opened the project Utau crashed. When i tried to open it again, I waited and after a while i was able to set my voicebank, but when the UST loaded... THIS HAPPENED! Everything was wierd and VERY laggy!
Please can someone help!

Edit the tempo.

The tempo is wrong, you need to edit it. Do you know the original songs tempo?
The songs tempo seems to be 120. Edit the tempo to that number
